+Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account at any time. We'll ask one quick optional question about why you're leaving (it helps us improve), then send you straight to Stripe's billing portal to confirm. Pro access stays active until the end of the current billing period. No phone call, no retention gauntlet.
+Do top-up credits expire?
No. Top-up credits carry over from month to month indefinitely and survive cancellation. If you buy a $5 top-up (15 credits) and use 10, you keep the other 5, plus your fresh 50 monthly allowance next month.
+What happens when I hit my limit?
On the free tier, the next analysis surfaces an upgrade prompt with the Pro feature list. On Pro, once you've used your 50 monthly analyses the app shows a one-click $5 top-up button for another 15 credits. Either way nothing breaks. You just need to choose how to keep going. Your monthly allowance resets on the first of each calendar month (UTC).
